Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Seller

These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern all sales made by the association KaryKréa (Association loi 1901), whose registered office is located at 7 Impasse Jean Carasso, 94360 Bry-sur-Marne — RNA W942012566, represented by Alan VERDOL.

They apply to any order placed on the website karykrea.com, whether for:

• tournament entry tickets for the DOUB'6 tournament; or
• products from the online shop (clothing, accessories, goodies, personalized dominoes).

These Terms apply to consumers only, to the exclusion of any business-to-business relationship.

Article 2 — Tournament Ticketing

Ticketing platform

DOUB'6 tickets are issued via one or more partner ticketing platforms (such as BilletWeb, HelloAsso, or any other platform selected by the association). The KaryKréa association acts as the seller; the platform acts as a technical agent for processing the transaction.

Buyers are invited to review the terms of use of the platform used, which apply alongside these Terms for everything relating to payment processing and ticket issuance.

Ticket and access

Purchasing a ticket entitles the holder to a place in the tournament for the selected edition and game mode (3-player or 4-player domino), as well as access to the event. The ticket is issued in the holder's name and is non-transferable.

Tickets are available in limited numbers. Confirmation of payment constitutes final confirmation of registration. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Refunds — Cancellation by the participant

Any participant wishing to cancel their participation may obtain a refund up until the day before the event by sending a request by email to karykrea@gmail.com, stating their name, order number, and the edition concerned.

The refund covers the price of the ticket. Any service fees charged by the ticketing platform may not be refundable, in accordance with that platform's own terms. KaryKréa cannot be held liable for fees withheld by a third-party provider.

No refund will be granted on the day of the event or after it has taken place.

Refunds — Cancellation by the organizer

Should the event be cancelled by the KaryKréa association (force majeure or any other reason), the full ticket price will be refunded within 30 days of the official announcement. Ticketing platform service fees will be refunded to the extent the platform technically allows the organizer to return them.

Postponement of an edition

If an edition is postponed to a later date, tickets remain valid for the new date. If a participant is unable to attend on the new date, a refund may be requested within 7 days of the postponement announcement, under the same terms as above.

Article 3 — Shop products

The products offered for sale are presented on the /boutique page with their description, any available variants (size, colour), and their price. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect match with the product received.

Some products are made or personalized to order (e.g. engraved dominoes): these products are clearly identified on their product page.

Article 4 — Price

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. As the association KaryKréa is not subject to VAT (Article 293B of the French Tax Code), no VAT is charged. Any delivery charges are shown separately before the order is confirmed.

Article 5 — Order

The customer selects the desired products or tickets, adds them to their basket, then confirms their order by providing their details and accepting these Terms. The order is final only once payment has been confirmed.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made online, by credit or debit card, via the secure Stripe platform. The customer's bank details never pass through KaryKréa's servers at any point: they are entered directly on Stripe's secure payment page (PCI-DSS certified).

Article 7 — Delivery (shop only)

For shop products, the customer may choose between two delivery methods:

• In-person pickup, free of charge, at a future DOUB'6 edition or at a collection point agreed with the association.
• Postal delivery (Mainland France), for a fee of €4.90.

Preparation and shipping times are communicated by email after the order is placed. Tournament tickets, being digital, are not subject to physical delivery.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

Exceptions:

• Tournament tickets: in accordance with Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets granting access to sporting or cultural events taking place on a specific date. The refund policy specific to ticketing is set out in Article 2 of these Terms.
• Personalized products: in accordance with Article L221-28 3°, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications (e.g. engraved dominoes).

For all other products, the customer should contact karykrea@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error by the association.

Article 9 — Statutory guarantees

Every product sold is covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the statutory guarantee against latent defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 10 — Personal data

Data collected when placing an order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Article 11 — Complaints and mediation

In the event of a dispute, the customer should send a complaint to karykrea@gmail.com. If no amicable resolution is reached, the customer may make free use of the consumer mediation service: [À compléter — médiateur de la consommation choisi] ([URL du médiateur]), in accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code.

Article 12 — Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law.
